Palm Trees

Seaside is a planned resort community in northwestern Florida. It is located on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico in Walton County.

Seaside was founded in 1981 by Florida native Robert Davis. Miami-based architects Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk incorporated pastel-colored Victorian cottages, picket fences, and narrow streets, evoking a sense of community known from small towns of the past. It spans 80 acres.
